Can I get a refund for my purchase?
Because this is a digital product that you have already accessed, refunds are not offered.
It shows “No Courses found” under Your Courses on my dashboard. Why is that?
This means you have not purchased the program.
I can see the courses, but when I click on them, it says “Closed”. What does this mean?
Your subscription has ended or been canceled. You will need to resubscribe to gain access to the course.
How do I cancel my monthly subscription?
Log in and click on the My Courses menu button. Click on the “subscriptions” link in the Account Dashboard. Select your subscription plan and select cancel.
I can’t see the videos when I’m accessing the course from work.
We used Vimeo to host all the videos. If you can’t access the videos at work, your IT dept most likely has Vimeo blocked.
I purchased 1 yr of access. Will I be billed again?
No, you will only be billed once. If you want to keep using the course after 1 year, you will need to either purchase a monthly subscription or buy another year of access.
